When will I receive this. Need for gift before july 11

Yes, we ship the same day from Delaware on that item. Things have been a bit slower with USPS because of COVID but as long as you are not in Texas which seems to be getting hit the hardest right now with USPS shipping slowing you should be fine assuming you are in the continental US.

Where are these scarves made?

Hi there - these scarves are made in China but this particular style has been in our Delaware and New York warehouse system for over 2 years stateside. They are our most popular style.
