All of our Orders are shipped from our own Stock here in the US.
We have a small working office in Wilmington, Delaware where in a PreCovid world our team of young adults with Intellectual and Developmental disabilities
would assemble your items to get them to you. Today, our team is working safely from home.
All shipments come from the location closest to you we primarily ship from Delaware, New York City and in some cases we warehouse products with Amazon so there may be times they will ship our products to you for us because they are closer to you.
From the time we receive your order it is typically shipped within 2 business days. There are times that we may need to pull items from multiple locations so your order may come in several smaller shipments but you will receive tracking numbers for each item.
We provide FREE SHIPPING on all US Orders of 29.99 or more via USPS First Class with tracking.
You can choose from USPS First Class Mail and upgraded options, UPS ( better for timing and security or if you are local to us in Wilmington, Delaware you will be offered a Local Secure In Person Drop off.
Because of Covid shipping times may be off slightly. These are suggested times per USPS and they are not guaranteed but a tracking number will be issued and you can follow your package on it's journey

All Orders are determined by weight of your order and you will be given multiple options at check out . The most basic rate for a small order, under 3 ounces with currents USPS first class mail rates is typically $3.18 which includes a tracking number.
Free USPS shipping to the US on all orders of 29.99 or more.
You will be given the option of USPS or UPS and you are responsible for all local taxes and import charges.
