All of our jewelry is assembled and packed by our SITE team and shipped from our Wilmington, Delaware office. Our SITE participants are young adults with special needs who are acquiring job skills in order to gain paid employment after their time in the program ends. We work in an integrated job site and we all share in responsibilities in our tiny little company.
